Caitlin Bergh, Clinician

Caitlin received her Bachelor’s in English from Columbia University and her Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago. She is currently registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Social Worker and is working toward licensure.
Caitlin has experience working with adolescents living with acute mental illness in a residential setting, both as an individual psychotherapist and as a DBT skills group co-facilitator. She has also created yoga, mindfulness and nutrition groups for her clients to boost awareness of holistic wellness. Caitlin believes in the power of living dialectically, and that we can integrate all the pieces of ourselves to feel whole. Caitlin is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher and enjoys practicing and teaching yoga and mindfulness in her free time. She also enjoys volunteering at the LA LGBT Center, hiking, camping and spending time with her family and two rescue dogs.
