Jennifer Ghadishah, M.A.
Jennifer Ghadishah, holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology as well as a Bachelor's in Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles. Currently, she is working towards her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has been a volunteer at a local duel-diagnosis residential rehabilitation facility, a community mental health clinic and at a early childhood parenting center. She is a bilingual therapist who speaks Farsi fluently.
Jennifer has adopted the DBT model and enjoys teaching DBT skills individually and in a group setting. Jennifer specializes in working with adults, adolescents and families who struggle with chemical addictions, Borderline Personality Disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and self-harming behaviors. Grounded in cognitive theories, Jennifer has a supportive and collaborative clinical style while helping individuals and families create positive changes in their lives.
Jennifer believes in having balance within her life. She maintains that balance through yoga, hiking, and volunteering her time at the Monday Night Mission.
