Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to help us achieve our goal of shaping the global cannabis landscape. The Administrative Assistant will primarily report to the Executive Administrative Assistant who reports directly to the C-Suite leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a direct assistant to the Executive Administrative Assistant
- Help with C-Suite meetings as needed
- Assist the C-Suite with any planning or projects
- Drive business reporting and achievement of goals across the org, including:
- Drive senior leadership team actions items
- Monitor goal status and updates
- Partner with Finance to manage to targets
- Drive teams to determine best practices on key business and technical areas
- Ensure best practices are shared appropriately with teams in all countries
- Help C-Suite carry out efficient and effective management by:
- Ensuring time is focused on the highest value activities and issues
- Pre-reading and summarizing major business write-ups from teams
- From time to time, attending meetings as a proxy for C-Suite
- Building and managing agendas for leadership team
- Helping in discovering root causes and leading fixes to the issues
- Creating content for periodic update emails and all-hands meetings as well as internal and external presentations
- Contribute to building a strong team culture
- Discover and investigate external technology and business trends by:
- Exploring market trends that present strategic opportunity or risk
- Liaising with Chief Operating Officer
- Generating and investigating ad hoc innovative ideas from any of the relevant technology or business research
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional experience in product management, engineering or business analytics
- Fluent in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence operating independently and working with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills, experience working with senior management teams
- Management of competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible to ensure that all compliance regulations and quality control standards are being met. This is a full-time position and it is based out of our headquarter location in Los Angeles, CA. The position will require a candidate that has a prior regulatory background, further, this candidate should also be detailed, phone and computer savvy, able to work under pressure and learn quickly.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain S.O.P’s for cannabis operations
- Perform audits and investigation ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Collaborate with consultants and legal counsel on license applications
- Ensure corrective actions are adequate and are timely implemented for all identified compliance deficiencies
- Monitor pending legislative and regulatory change
- Conduct compliance training for the Company’s employees
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week
- High School Diploma Required, College Degree Preferred
- 2+ years’ compliance-related experience in a regulated industry
- Experience with Quality management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in writing and training team members on the implementation of S.O.P’s
- Knowledge of Metrc, ERP systems and cannabis track & trace software preferred
- Knowledge and experience of cannabis dispensary retail operations desired
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional matter
- Easily-Adaptable
- Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Description
The Cannabis Delivery Driver will be tasked to make deliveries throughout Southern California. They will work in close proximity with the distribution team and deliver as needed. The Cannabis Delivery Driver MUST have a valid driver’s license and an absolutely clean driving record. Employment is contingent on a clear background and driving record check.

- Must be at least 21
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance policy
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to use own phone
- Ability to drive 100+ miles a day without fatigue.
- Must be a self-starter
- Fast-learner and able to work under pressure

- Previous industry experience is preferred
